Due to increased credit card fraud problems, Air France does not accept third party payments (the credit card holder not being the passenger or part of the group traveling together). Exception: We allow payments for family members with the same surname. Please make sure the family member you book for brings the personal identifier you specified during booking to check in at the airport or to Customs and Immigration if required (this applies to e-tickets only).

Mandatory: all passengers requesting an e-ticket will need to receive an itinerary receipt either by e-mail or fax (you will also receive a Service Fee receipt in a separate e-mail). If you have not received one 24 hours prior to your departure, please contact us:

Air France Sweden Bookings center: 08-519 999 90 (Monday to Friday, 08.30 to 18.00)

It is mandatory to bring it and show it at the departure airport during check in in order to travel. No exceptions will be made.
