PALMA DE MALLORCA, SPAIN

Mallorca's largest city and the capital of the Balearic Islands, Palma de Mallorca is a popular tourist destination. It features both - a historic city centre as well as vibrant entertainment options. Those interested in sightseeing would do well with a visit to the Mallorca Cathedral, the Arab baths and the art nouveau buildings. Don't miss the chance to embark on a day trip to nearby Port de Sóller too.

Air France will operate flights between Paris Charles de Gaulle and Palma de Mallorca One flight per week on Saturday from 6 November 2021 to 26 March 2022 using an E90

COLOMBO, SRI LANKA

A cosmopolitan city featuring a melting pot of cultures with great contrasts. Walk along the new and modern skyscrapers and the traditional beautiful red-tiled colonial-era buildings. Plunge into Colombo’s enticing street food scene, immerse yourself in the sights, sounds and aromas of the whirling Pettah Bazaar or visit the charming shops and markets offering colourful local art and textured fabrics. Colombo is home of the famous Ceylon tea, be ready for a tea tasting experience.

From 1 November, Air France will start operating three weekly frequencies between Paris Charles de Gaulle and Colombo on Monday, Thursday and Saturday as a continuation to the flight to Malé. The flights will be operated by a Boeing 787-9.

BANJUL, GAMBIA

Discover the scarcely trotted capital of Gambia. With its unique architecture and luxuriant flora; Banjul, is a trove of wonders. The symbol of the city is the commemorative and triumphal Arch 22, which houses a textile museum and a breathtaking view.

4 flights per week via Bamako from Paris Charles de Gaulle starting November 1st, 2021.

LAS PALMAS, SPAIN

Las Palmas is renowned for its perennially warm temperatures and subtropical climate. As a thriving beach town, you can expect to spend a lot of time around (and in) the ocean – soaking up the sunshine, dining at a local restaurant or even snorkelling underwater. Shoppers can delight in visiting the Triana and Mesa y Lopez Streets for strolling in and out of shops and department stores.

From 31 October 2021 until 27 March 2022, Air France will operate 2 weekly flights between Paris Charles de Gaulle and Gran Canaria Airport on Wednesdays and Sundays. The flights will be operated by an Airbus A318/319 aircraft.

MUSCAT, OMAN

Oman, is vibrant in culture and heritage. Surrounded by scenic mountains and coastline with empty sandy beaches where you will have the opportunity to spot dolphins in their natural habitat or dive with turtles in the nearby lagoons. For a better understanding of the turbulent but rich history, explore the impressive fortifications, some of them preserved as World Heritage. Don’t miss the laid back and friendly souks where you can mix with locals. Soak up the atmosphere or just relax in one of the many elegant hotels where you will be welcomed by the warm Omani hospitality.

From 31st October, Air France will start operating three weekly frequencies between Paris Charles de Gaulle and Muscat on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. The flights will be operated by a Boeing 787-9.

MAHÉ, SEYCHELLES

Air France, back in the Seychelles! Relax on the incredibly fine sandy beaches of Mahé or stroll through the tiny capital of Victoria with its variety of cafes, bars and restaurants.

From 23 October 2021, Air France will fly again 2 times per week from Paris-Charles de Gaulle to the Seychelles using an Airbus A330

ZANZIBAR

Zanzibar island is surrounded by scenic and pristine beaches that rate among the finest in the world. It is the perfect destination if you’re a beach or sun lover that would like to snorkel or dive in amazing coral reefs. The island capital, Zanzibar Town, sits the historic quarter of Stone Town with historical influences from Arabia, Africa, India and Europe.

From 18th October, Air France will start operating two weekly frequencies between Paris Charles de Gaulle and Zanzibar on Monday and Friday. The flights will be operated by a Boeing 787-9 as a continuation of the flight to Nairobi (Kenya).

AGADIR, MOROCCO

Located in southern Morocco, Agadir is one of the country’s best places for spending time lounging on white sandy beaches under the sun. Take advantage of the splendid resorts for some rest and relaxation and hit the many beachfront restaurants and bars for a splendid night out. For those interested in a bit of exploration, a hike to the Kasbah, trips down to the local souk and a trip to the Sous Massa National Park are always recommended.

From 8 July until 28 August 2021, Air France will operate 2 weekly flights between Paris Charles de Gaulle and Agadir – Al Massira Airport on Thursdays and Saturdays. Flights will be operated by an Airbus A320 aircraft.

MONASTIR, TUNISIA

Traditionally a fishing port, Monastir offers an abundance of fresh seafood and produce, you will not be disappointed if you are a seafood fanatic. The Golden beaches, sapphire blue sea and the enchanting medieval monuments certainly makes Monastir an ideal destination for a seaside getaway. Don’t forget to explore the local souks where traditionally you will find all the spices, leather bags, blankets, woven baskets.

From 7 July until 28 August 2021, Air France will operate 2 weekly flights between Paris Charles de Gaulle and Monastir Habib Bourguiba International Airport on Wednesday and Saturdays. Flights will be operated by an Airbus A320 aircraft.

MALTA

A great Mediterranean destination. Malta has a wide cultural offer but it is also rich in natural beauty. The Maltese archipelago with its crystalline waters is one of the best places for diving. Visit the capital city of Valetta, stroll along the narrow streets, admire the architecture or just find the right place to enjoy the traditional food with Sicilian and Middle East influences. Pack to Malta for a warm and welcoming experience.

From 5 July until 29 August 2021, Air France will operate 3 weekly flights between Paris Charles de Gaulle and La Valette – Malta International Airport on Mondays, Fridays and Sundays. Flights will be operated by an Airbus A319 aircraft.

DENVER, USA

Denver, the capital of Colorado, is an American metropolis dating back to the era of the Old West. Also known as the Mile High City because of its official altitude of one mile. Visit Larimer Square in the city centre, surrounded by charming Victorian buildings, world-class art galleries and museums. No trip to Denver is complete without a visit to the breathtaking Colorado and Rocky Mountains.

From July 2 to October 29, 2021, Air France will operate three weekly flights between Paris Charles de Gaulle and Denver International Airport on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. The flights will be operated by a Boeing 787-900

CHENNAI

Chennai, formerly known as Madras, is a city that has it all. Ancient temples, bustling markets, an enduring colonial history and much more. As the proud gateway to South India. As of 28 June 2021, Air France will start a new service between Paris-CDG and Chennai (MAA), AF’s fourth gateway to India. The service will be operated once a week on Thursday, using a 787-9 Dreamliner with the flight following schedule
AF108 : leaves Paris-Charles de Gaulle at 10:25, arrives in Chennai at 23:45.
AF107 : leaves Chennai at 01:20, arrives in Paris-Charles de Gaulle at 08:15.

MARSEILLE FROM CATANIA

From 26 June to 4 September 2021, Air France will operate the new route between Catania and Marseille, a weekly flight will connect the Sicilian city to the beautiful maritime city in the south of France. Marseille has been a crossroads of migration and trade since its foundation by the Greeks in 600 BC. The beating heart of the city is the Old Port (Vieux Port), where fishermen sell fresh fish along the docks packed with boats. The basilica of Notre Dame de la Garde stands out for its Romanesque-Byzantine architecture.

MAPUTO, MOZAMBIQUE

Maputo with a ravishing culture is one of the most attractive capitals of East Africa. Discover its Mediterranean-style architecture and wide avenues lined with jacaranda trees. The music will follow you along some of the city’s charming markets and bazaars where the colours and aromas will delight your senses. The capital city of Mozambique has the liveliest nightlife in Southern Africa and also beautiful sandy beaches along the Indian Ocean coast.

From 21 June, Air France will operate 2 weekly circle flights to Maputo via Johannesburg on Thursdays and Sundays. Flights will be operated by an Boeing 777-300 aircraft.

TANGIERS, MOROCCO

Tangiers is a melting pot of cultures, and one of the most cosmopolitan cities in Africa. A white city guarding the Strait of Gibraltar with an interesting history, beautiful sights and unspoiled beaches. Wander the narrow streets of the historic medina to get a real feel of the city and end up your day in one of the cafes sipping a sweet Moroccan mint tea and admiring the views to the blue ocean.

From 3 June till 24 October 2021, Air France will operate up to 3 weekly flights between Paris Charles de Gaulle and Tangier – Ibn Battuta Airport on Tuesdays and Thursdays and Sundays. Flights will be operated by an Airbus A320/319 aircraft.

PARIS ORLY FROM BARI

From 31 May to 29 August 2021, Air France will operate the new route between Bari and Paris-ORLY. The flight, which is in addition to those to Paris-Charles de Gaulle (10 weekly flights in July and August): will be operated 4 times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays with Airbus A318/319/320 and will have the following operations:
- AF 9429 BARI 17:05 - ORLY 19:20
- AF 9428 ORLY 14:00 - BARI 16:15
Orly Airport, France's second largest airport, is located 14 km south of Paris in the Île-de-France region. It is used for domestic flights, European flights and flights to overseas territories.

HERAKLION, GREECE

Also known as Heraklion, this is the capital of the island of Crete, a modern city that encounters traditional Greek landmarks such as the Minoan Palace and the Rock of the Sea. You can spend the day wandering around the old town, among the 1,000 shops along the narrow streets and pedestrian alleyways, and there are excellent restaurants to choose from along the harbour.

From 15 May to 30 October 2021, Air France will operate 3 weekly flights between Paris Charles de Gaulle and Heraklion International Airport on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. Between 1 June and 30 October, it will operate one daily flight and an additional flight on Tuesdays.

HELSINKI, FINLAND

Located at the southern tip of Finland, Helsinki is a vibrant capital city with exceptional architecture, typical of Nordic port cities. From Helsinki, travellers can easily reach the various other regions of Finland, including Lapland and the Kvarken archipelago, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
From 6 July until 19 July 2021 Air France will operate 4 weekly flights on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
From 19 July 2021 the service will become daily. Flights will be operated by an Airbus A319 aircraft.
These flights will be in addition to those operated by Finnair on this route on an Air France codeshare basis.

ROVANIEMI, FINLAND

Dressed up in snowy white, the city of Rovaniemi hides exceptional natural treasures, from the aurora borealis to unending snowy expanses. A piece of nature in the north of Finland, Rovaniemi is the perfect place to embark on a Nordic adventure with family, friends or alone!
