Siá Kará Café, a bit of gourmet exoticism

Hidden behind the Capitol building, the Siá Kará Café brings together Cubans and tourists from all over the world around large plates, all in the utmost conviviality.

Originally from Basque country, Mathieu Royer manages his café-bistro in a French spirit of sharing and celebration. As he welcomes you with open arms, you will discover the funky decor: ties hang on the wall by the dozens, there are white chandeliers, a singular choice of photos and paintings. The heteroclite decoration gives it a unique charm appreciated by locals and travellers from all over.

For your evening out, treat yourself to a lobster or some fresh prawns, plantain chips (tostones) or a tasty ceviche. And if you're in the mood to dance all night, enjoy the bar stocked with rums, cognacs, wines, whiskeys, beers and quality cocktails. Expect the Siá Kará Café to make you fall in love with one of the most beautiful cities in Cuba.
