Lost or found an object? We can help you!
Air France, in partnership with France Objets Trouvés, offers a service using a collaborative platform to match lost and found item listings.
How does it work? It's very simple, come follow us...

Lost or found an item at Paris-Charles de Gaulle or Paris-Orly airport?

Lost a personal item in an AIR FRANCE, HOP!, KLM or Flybe aircraft* which landed at Paris-Charles de Gaulle or Paris-Orly airports? Left an item behind in one of the Air France lounges in Paris-Charles de Gaulle or Paris-Orly airports?

Found an item belonging to someone else in one of the places mentioned above?

Click on one of the links below to go to the website of our partner France Objets Trouvés.

* Or in a bus between the terminal and the aircraft.

In case you find official documents
We keep official documents (passport, ID card, driving license, residency permit, etc.) for 7 days. We can get them back to you if you contact us within this time period. After 7 days, we are obliged to send them to an embassy, local council or police station.
Has your lost item been found? We're happy to hear it! Please note: You will be charged a fee of €12 when you come to collect your item. If you are unable to collect it directly from Air France, we can send it to you, upon payment of the shipping fees.
